摘    要:双膜法(超滤UF+反渗透RO)是某PCB企业中水回用的典型工艺,现状RO浓水(COD200mg/L)不能直接排放,需要并入公司废水站进行二次处理。本文采用新颖的三维电极梯度功能阳极法进行小试和中试研究,COD去除率达到60%以上,每千克COD电耗约为85kWh。

Abstract:A Double-membrane method based on Ultra Filtration (UF) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) was applied to save water in one PCB enterprise. The concentrated water in RO with COD of 200 mg/L above was sent to wastewater treatment station. In this paper, a three-dimensional electrode electrochemical oxidation reactor was adopted to reduce COD to level of direct discharge. The results show that COD removal rate is 60% above and power consumption of per kilogram COD is about 85 kWh.
