| Abstract: | In this paper, effects of moisture on product performance in SF6 apparatus is analyzed. The present standard of moisture threshold and moisture monitor method are queried. A simple and suitable method, which monitor the moisture in SF6 gas based on the relative humidity, and corresponding new standard of moisture threshold are given. |
