| 摘 要： | 雷电灾害是“联合国国际减灾十年”公布的影响人类活动的严重灾害之一。本文分析雷电灾害的形式,雷电入侵网络系统的途径。为防止雷电对信息网络设备的威胁,提出了可采用的防护措施。

| Abstract: | The disaster of thunder and lighting is one of the serious disasters,influencing human being activities that claimed by United Nations reducing disaster for ten years.This article analyses the appearance of thunder and lighting,the ways that thunder and lighting invade network system,pointed out some adapted protection measure that network product,the treatment by thunder and lighting. |
