摘    要:探讨了绿色技术的定义并对有代表性的水处理技术进行了评价 ,认为绿色技术应当定义为能够同时满足技术经济指标先进、无毒和不污染环境等 3项基本要求的技术。目前正在研究开发的高级氧化技术、电催化氧化法、超临界水氧化法、超声波降解技术及膜处理技术虽然尚有不够完善之处 ,但可认为是绿色水处理技术。化学法是否是绿色技术 ,关键要看所使用的产品是否符合绿色化学的要求。理想的绿色技术是零排污技术 ,零排污水处理技术代表了 2 1世纪水处理技术的发展方向

Abstract:The definition of green technology is discussed and some typical water treatment technology is valued on the basis of green chemistry.It is believed that the green technology can be defined as the technology that can meet three basic requirements of advanced technical economy norms,innocuity,no environmental pollution synchronously.The advanced oxidation,electrocatalysis oxidation,supercritical water oxidation,ultrasonic degradation and membrane separation technology that are being studied and developed at present,although they aren't perfect enough,can be taken for green technology of water treatment.Whether the chemical process is a kind of green technology or not,depends on the fact that the product used can meet the requirements of green chemistry.Zero effluent technology is the optimal green technology,which represents the developing direction of water treatment technology in the 21st century.
