摘    要:理论分析了密闭腔中自然对流气体稳态下的温度场和速度场对热敏丝的影响,给出了热敏丝电阻随温度和速度的变化关系。利用ANSYS软件计算了二维密闭腔体中点热源引起的速度场和温度场,并用流场计算结果定量分析了倾角变化时热敏丝电阻的变化。结果表明,热源所产生的温度场对热敏丝电阻的影响比速度场大近3个数量级,即对热敏丝电阻的变化起决定作用的是温度场而不是速度场。实验表明,电桥输出电压变化规律与数值计算结果基本一致。

Abstract:Influences of temperature field and velocity field in hermetic chamber on hotwires were analyzed in theory and the relationships of hotwires resistances with temperature and velocity were given. Using ANSYS software, the velocity field and temperature field caused by the point heat source in a two dimension hermetic chamber were obtained. Variation of hotwires resistances with obliquity was analyzed using these simulated results. The results are as follow, the influence of temperature field is stronger three decimal progressions than that of velocity; it is the temperature not the velocity that decides variation of hotwires resistances. Experiments show that variation law of output voltage is consistent with the results of the numerical simulation.
