出砂油井用抽油泵初始间隙的选择

摘    要:在我国油田的大部分抽油井中 ,抽油泵易损件都受到以石英砂为主的各种形式的磨损 ,而直径≤ 0 15mm的石英砂粒大部分都能通过滤砂器 ,进入油管被抽汲、携带出地面。为了防止砂粒卡泵、减轻砂粒对抽油泵柱塞 -泵筒摩擦副表面的磨损 ,出砂油井用抽油泵初始间隙δ0的选择应以较小间隙为原则。根据泵径和井下泵入口处的井液粘度 ,由公式δw=0 0 133D +0 0 73η计算泵的工作间隙δw。泵工作时 ,工作间隙δw 比初始间隙δ0 增大约 0 0 0 2mm。选泵时 ,泵的初始间隙为δ0 =δ 0w - 0 0 2 mm比较合适 ,热采油井不会发生因温升造成间隙减小而卡泵的现象

Abstract:The subsurface pumps in sandy wells suffer mostly from abrasion of quartz sand. To prevent the pump from being stuck by sand grains and to reduce the abrasion of plunger-barrel frictional surfaces, minor initial clearance of pump should be selected. The clearanceδw can be calculated with the equation δw=0.013D1/3+0.07η1/3 based on the pump diameter D and fluid viscosity at the pump inletη. When in operation, the pump takes a working clearance 0~0.02mm larger than the initial clearanceδ0. Therefore, subsurface pumps should be selected according to the equationδ0=δw mm.
