清代鄂西北私盐泛滥原因探析

鄂西北是一个相对封闭的经济地理单元,资源虽然丰富,但长期为人们所忽视。直到元代,随着四川盐业的发展,本区出现了食盐私售现象,且愈演愈烈,特别在清代,政府虽然花了很大气力,却无法解决。其原因是他们不了解鄂西北私盐产生的根源,是与其独特的地理环境、政府盐法的僵化、市场价格的差异、邻近盐区的发展、人口的迅速增殖等因素密切相关的。

A Study of the Reason of Private Salt Deluging in Northwest E in the Qing Dynasty

Northwest E was an economical geological unit of comparative obturateaness, Although its resource was abundant, it was long time ignored. Till the Yuan Dynasty and along with the development of Sichuan salt, the phenomena of private salt appeared in the region. It changed more and more. The government adopted many measures to stop it but the problem was still inextricability. The reason was incomprehension of the procreant root of private salt. It related with its particular geological environment, fix of salt law, difference of salt marketing and the development of neighborhood salt region, and increasing of population.
