水工混凝土结构设计规范基本构件的相当安全系数的计算分析

摘    要:以我国现行DL/T 5057-1996"水工混凝土结构设计规范"中的轴心受拉、受弯、受剪、受扭、轴心受压、大偏心受压、小偏心受压、板受冲切等8种典型的基本构件为例,从相当安全系数的角度,对DL/T 5057-1996规范承载能力极限状态的安全度设置水平进行了计算分析,结果表明,当作用效应比值较小时,采用分项系数设计表达式进行设计时较为经济;当作用效应比值较大时,采用系数设计表达式进行设计时更为合理,使得所设计的结构构件在安全可靠与经济合理之间,在不同设计条件下都能达到一种较佳的平衡.

Calculation and analysis of comprehensive safety factor for basic members in design code for concrete hydraulic structures

Abstract:From the aspect of the comprehensive safety factor(CSF), taking eight kinds of typical basic members such as axial tension members,flexural members,members subjected to shear, members subjected to torsion,axial compression members, large eccentric compression members, small eccentric compression members, the plates subjected to punching shear,etc.in DL/T5057-1996 "Design Code for Concrete Hydraulic Structures" in China as examples, the values of the CSF for these members are calculated and then are analyzed. The results demonstrate that it is economical to design by adopting the partial factor design expression when the load effect ratio is smaller;and it is reasonable to design by adopting the partial factor design expression when the load effect ratio is larger, which can make the structure members designed achieve a kind of best balance between safe reliability and economic reasonability under the different design conditions.
