摘    要:介绍了测定煤焦油萘含量的毛细管色谱测定方法,采用DB-5毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm),氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),程序升温。以N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂,正十二烷为内标物,对煤焦油萘的含量进行了测定,所测定的结果具有良好的准确度和精密度,样品的回收率为99.12%~104.18%。整个试样分析时间不超过25min,可直接用于产品质量分析与控制,为工厂进行现场分析和操作调节提供了简捷理想的方法。

Abstract:A method was established for the determination of naphthalene content in the coal tar by capillary gas chromatography. The DB-5 capillary column (30m×0.32mm×0.25μm) and the hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) were used to realize programmed temperature rise at a rate of 40℃/min. The internal standard method was adopted to determine the naphthalene content in the coal tar, using chlorobenzene as a solvent and normal dodecane as internal standard. The results showed that the primary components in coal tar could be well separated and 16 components were qualitatively identified. The method was simple, rapid, accurate and easy to be applied. The result was of high accuracy. The recovery rate of naphthalene in the coal tar was 99.12%-104.18%. The total time needed for sample analysis was no more than 25min, therefore, this method, convenient and ideal, can be directly used for analyzing and controlling product quality during on-site analysis and operation regulation.
