重钢烧结机机头机尾漏风治理方案探讨

摘    要:通过对烧结机漏风情况的分析,制定了测定漏风率方法,通过对重庆钢铁集团公司烧结厂两台105m^3烧结机机头、机尾漏风率的测定,对漏风率和烧结机利用系数之间的关系进行了理论计算。为了降低烧结机机头机尾的漏风率,设计了软体密封,在烧结杯中进行试验,效果显著。

Abstract:Through to sinter machine air leak the situation analysis, formulated the determination air leak rate method, through to the ChongQing steel and iron Group Company sintering plant two 105m^3 sinter machine nose, the airplane tail air leak rate determination, carried on the theoretical calculation to air leak rate and sinter machine between the utilization factor relations. In order to reduce sinter machine the nose airplane tail air leak rate, designed the software seal, in agglutinated in the cup carries on the experiment, the effect was remarkable.
