摘    要:论述了邯钢三炼钢板坯边部裂纹产生的主要原因与钢水中气体含量、结晶器振动参数及二冷工艺制度有关;加强钢保护浇注,避免钢水二次氧化,优化工艺参数,保证矫直温度,可改善铸坯的表面质量,使高强船板边裂改判率由4.5%降低到1.8%。

Abstract:The causes of edge crack for casting blank was discussed.The results showed that the cracks are connected with gas content of molten steel,mold oscillation parameters and process of secondary cooling system.The surface quality of casting blank is improved by strengthen protection cast process,optimization technological parameters,controlling straightening area temperature so that the edge crack rate of high strength ship plate is reduced from 4.5% to 1.8%.
