光整加工技术浅析

摘    要:分析了光整加工技术的现状和发展趋势,针对传统光整加工技术存在加工后工件表面摩擦系数大,初磨损量大,精度保持性差等缺点,以实例说明了光整加工技术在制造业中的作用和地位,并着重叙述了非传统光整加工的作用和应用,以及非传统光整加工技术在经纬纺机的部分应用。指出在机加工过程中,采用光整加工技术,可弥补机加工工艺的局限,在实现精度的稳定甚至提高加工精度等级的同时,大幅度提高零件表面质量。

Abstract:Analysis is done to the the current status and the prospect of the finishing process.As to the big friction factor and big prime abrasion of piece surface as well as poor precison using conventional finishing process,exemplification proves the effect and the status of the finishing process in mech-manufacturing viz non-conventional finishing process as well as part application of non-conventional finishing process in Jingwei textile machinery.Conclusion is made that in maching process,defects of machining process can be offset by finishing process.Stability of precision and grade of machining can be gained as well as marked improvement of surface quality of pieces.
