油气井井壁失稳预防与处理新技术

摘    要:井壁失稳问题一直是制约快速钻探的主要因素之一。在分析井壁失稳的危害和影响井壁稳定因素的基础上,重点研究了膨胀管技术、随钻预测与监测技术、随钻扩眼技术、气体钻井技术、套管钻井技术、控压钻井技术和反循环钻井技术等预防和处理井壁失稳的机理及现场应用情况;最终对井壁失稳处理技术有了更深入的理解。

Abstract:Borehole's instability is always one of the main restricting factors for the rapid drilling.This paper,based on the analysis of the hazard of the borehole's instability and the factor affecting borehole stability,discusses in detail the mechanism to prevent and treat bolehole instability by using bulged tube technique,prediction and monitoring technique while drilling,reaming technique,gas drilling technique,casing drilling technique,managed pressure drilling and counterflush drilling technique and its field application,helping further understanding of the techniques.
