| 摘 要： | 研制了观测顶煤移动和放出规律的专用顶煤运移跟踪仪,用于观测现场顶煤放出率。在室内进行了顶煤放出规律的模拟试验,通过在顶煤不同层位放标志点的方法,详细研究了不同层位顶煤放出率和颗粒移动轨迹,得出靠近支架的下位顶煤受移架步距等影响采出率偏低,靠近顶板的上位顶煤由于窜矸影响,采出率明显低于其他部分。结合标志点在放出过程中的坐标变化,运用回归分析,得出了不同层位顶煤颗粒运移轨迹的曲线方程,表明顶煤颗粒在放出过程中分3个阶段:先沿二次曲线轨迹向后下方移动,然后垂直下降,最后顶煤颗粒会以二次或三次曲线的轨迹向前下方流出放煤口。
