| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了新研制ZZY/450T型注塞式挤压机的结构原理、性能参数和机床主要部件制造工艺,分析了挤压速度稳定性调节机理,得出了稳定挤压速度是研制挤压机床关键点的结论。挤压硬质合金型材应用效果表明:中国可自主制造大吨位挤压机。

| Abstract: | This paper has elaborates the structure principles and performance parameter of the newly developed plunger extruder type ZZY/450T, and the manufacturing technology of its main components. It also has analysed the adjusting mechanism of the extruding speed stability and drawn the conclusion that stable extrusion is the key to develop extruder. Experiments on exdruding cemented carbide rods show that China is capable of manufacturing large-tonnage extruder. |
