| 摘 要： | 通过对富瑞分公司一期600 kt/a DAP装置尾气洗涤系统进行监测和分析,找出尾洗系统存在的问题。针对各股尾气排放指标的不同,确定对尾气指标较差的系统加强洗涤及分离的技改。技改后提高了装置的运行效率和洗涤效率,降低了尾气中尘、氟含量,产生了显著的经济效益和环保效益。

| Abstract: | Based plant in Furui on the monitor and analysis of tail gas washing system of the first stage 600 kt/a DAP Branch Company, the existing problems in tail gas washing system are found out, the transformation scheme of washing and separation for the poor indexes of tail gas is determined. After the transformation, the operation efficiency and washing efficiency of plant are improved, dust and fluoride contents in tail gas are reduced, significant economic and environmental Protection benefits are obtained. |
