| 摘 要： | 选取湖南省长沙市某节能住宅小区一普通居民住宅为分析对象,通过运用动态能耗模拟分析软件ENERGYPLUS建立模型,模拟计算住宅顶层房间的热环境和不同类型屋顶的住宅能耗。并通过经济分析,计算了各类型屋面的静态回收期。最后,整合归纳出适应湖南地区气候特点的住宅屋顶设计策略,以期解决湖南地区长期普遍存在的屋顶保温隔热性能差的现状问题,从而为湖南地区住宅屋顶设计提供参考。

| Abstract: | A normal residence building in a energy-serving community in Changsha City,Hunan Province was chosen.Through the application of the model based on dynamic energy consumption stimulation software-ENERGYPLUS,the thermal environment of top-floor rooms and energy consumption of various roofings were simulated and calculated.Through the economic analysis of all roofs,the static payback periods of all roofs were calculated.In the end,a designing strategy of building roofs that is suitable for Hunan area was concluded.It is hoped to improve the poor thermal insulation quality of roofs that widely exists in Hunan area for a long time as to supply reference for the designing of the roofs of residence buildings. |
