HRBF500钢筋C100混凝土梁抗剪性能试验研究

摘    要:通过对4根配箍率不同,剪跨比为3的高强钢筋C100混凝土梁的抗剪试验,观测梁的破坏过程及裂缝发展形态;并根据试验结果数据分析其抗剪承载力;最后将试验值与采用GB 5001—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》公式计算的计算值进行了对比。结果表明,高强钢筋C100混凝土梁抗剪承载力稳定,破坏形态与普通混凝土梁相似;适量提高配箍率,可以有效地控制斜裂缝的开展,提高梁的抗剪承载力;对于剪跨比为3的高强钢筋C100混凝土梁来说,GB 5001—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》公式用于无腹筋梁抗剪计算是偏高的,而用于有腹筋梁抗剪设计是偏保守的。

Abstract:Four beams with C100 high-strength concrete and HRBF 500 grade rebar and different stirrup ratio were tested,with the shear-span ratio being kept around 3.The development form of the crack and failure process of beams were observed.According to the data of the test,the shear capacity of beams was analyzed.At last,the experimental results were compared with the calculation values by current code.The testing results indicate that the beams with C100 high-strength concrete and HRBF 500 grade rebar could work well and its failure modes were similar to the ordinary concrete beam.Improving stirrup ratio appropriately was an effective way to improve the shear bearing capacity and control the diagonal crack development of beams.When shear-span ratio is 3,the current Chinese code formula used for beam without web reinforcement is not safe,and used for beam with web reinforcement is conservative.
