| 摘 要： | 发展低碳经济的潮流为可再生能源产业的发展提供了良好的机遇.为了破除可再生能源产业发展面临的障碍,我国必须从技术、政策和融资3个方面构建PTF支持体系,建立一套有机的支持系统,以此促进我国可再生能源产业的发展.

| Abstract: | The trend to develop the low carbon economy is bringing good opportunity for the industry of renewable energy.In order to clean up all sorts of obstacles that hindering the development of the industry of renewable energy,PTF supporting system must be established from technology,policy and financing.A set of reliable supporting systems is necessary for the development of the industry of renewable energy. |
