掺炼糠醛抽出油对阿曼和伊朗渣油溶剂脱沥青过程的影响

摘    要:在RUSKA相平衡装置上研究了阿曼和伊朗渣油掺炼糠醛抽出油的丙烷溶剂脱沥青过程。结果表明,在掺炼抽出油的溶剂脱沥青过程中溶剂相和沥青相的密度差有所降低;掺炼抽出油可以显著降低渣油粘度,提高脱沥青油收率6.6~20.4个百分点,脱沥青油的残炭和粘度有所降低。

Abstract:Propane solvent deasphalting of Oman and Iran VR blended with furfural extracts was inspected with RUSKA PVT equipment. The results showed that furfural extract addition increased the deasphalted oil by 6.6-20.4 percentages; lowered its carbon residue and viscosity; and also reduced the VR viscosity obviously. The density difference between the solvent phase and asphalt phase during the deasphalting was somewhat decreased.
