| 摘 要： | 魏元光教授在注重培养大学生实践能力的同时，高度重视大学生人格教育。分析了大学生人格教育的重大意义，阐述了传承魏元光人格教育思想，在课堂教学、社会实践、校园文化活动、心理健康教育和大学教师师德养成等方面推进当代高职人格教育的几点思考。

| Abstract: | Professor Wei Yuanguang emphasized on training student＇ s practical ability, at the same time he paid special attention to student＇ s personality education. This paper analyses the significance in the education of student＇ s personality, explains his personality and education ideology to be inherited from classroom teaching, social practice, campus culture and activity, mentality health, teacher＇s ethics, and puts forth some ponderations on enhancing student＇s personality training in higher vocational education. |
