摘    要:对PG6531B型燃气轮机减速箱齿轮断齿材料的化学成分、力学性能和显微组织进行了分析,并对齿轮断口作了宏微观观察。认为,减速箱齿轮失效的主要原因是齿轮表面脱碳,因而硬度不足,以及脉动偏载荷等造成的。提出了预防措施。

Abstract:In this paper, tooth-breakage of the gear pair of reduction gear-box in PG6531 gas turbine-No.1 was analysis. Emphasis were put on chemical composition , mechanical properties, microstructure and metallographic examination, combined with SEM fractograph examination on failed gear pair. It was concluded that the failure was due to improper material selection, insufficient surface hardness, pulsed over-load and brittle inclusions which resulted in fatigue fracture. According to experiment results, measures to prevent such failure have been suggested.
