Application of Middleware Technology in the Tap Water Revenue System

The middleware is a kind of independent system software or service program, the distributed application system shares the resources between the diverse technologies with the help of such software to manage the computing resource and the network communication. In application system, its complexity can be reduced by adopting the appropriate middleware to shorten the development cycle. In allusion to the characteristics of demands for the revenue business and the charging by networking with the banks, the appli- cation of middleware technology is analyzed and the applications of DataSnap Application Server middleware and WebSphere MQ message queue middleware in the revenue system are researched, moreover, according to the requirements and the characteristics of the technology adopted, the Client/Server revenue system with the three-tier architecture is designed based on DataSnap, and the data base, systemic functions are desitmed as well in this naner.
