摘    要:除氧站是转炉炼钢的重要公辅设施之一,它的性能和状态的好坏将直接关系到转炉能否长期、稳定地运行。在新建100吨提钒转炉项目中,采用了西门子s7—300系列PLC,对除氧过程实施控制。该文阐述了除氧站的工艺过程,介绍了控制系统的功能需求及配置,对除氧控制过程的关键程序进行了详细的描述,重点论述了除氧器自动化控制的实现方法。

Design and Debugging of the Deoxygenizing Station Control System of lOOt Vanadium-extracting and Steelmaking Converter

Abstract:The deoxygenizing station is one of the important communal and auxiliary facilities for converter steelmaking, the stand or fall of its performance and status will directly concern the success or not in the long-term and stable operation of the converter. In the newly-buih project of 100t vanadium-extracting converter, Siemens $7-300 series PLC is adopted to control the deoxy genizing process. In this paper, the technological proeesses of the deoxygenizing station are expounded, the functional requirements and the configurations of the system are introduced and the key programs of the deoxygenizing control process are elaborated with the emphasis on the discussion of the implementation methods of the automation control for the deaerator.
