The Design of Multi-point Temperature Measuring Instrument Based on DS18B20

This article describes the multi-point temperature measurement method and principle based on DS18B20 and AT89C51, the measurement and display of the temperatures are achieved by making use of the combination of the l-wire temperature transmitter DS18B20 and the MCU and other peripherals. The design is mainly divided into the three parts as follows： the hardware design, the software design and the debugging and implementation of the entire system. Among the design, the hardware design mainly is of circuits designing and PCB drawing by means of Protel DXP software and the software design is realized by using C/C＋＋ language programming. The DS18B20 based design, debugging and dispose of the all software and hardware items and even the multipoint temperature measuring and displaying have been realized by adopting the solution.
