摘    要:本文基于ARM嵌入式系统和CAN通信技术,设计了锂电池化成系统的现场控制系统。CAN总线通信具有高速、高可靠、高效、高抗干扰性等优点,通过CAN总线与底层DSP通道控制单元通信,实现化成系统的巡检、化成管理、电池分选等功能。该文对系统结构、实现功能、通信架构做了介绍,给出了CAN通信的软件设计流程和方法。

Abstract:On the basis of ARM embedded system and CAN communication technology, a filed control system for lithium polymer battery formation is designed in this paper, the communication by CAN is of the advantages of high speed, high reliability, high efficiency and strong anti-interference ability and so on. The functions of patrol inspection, formation management and battery sorting of the formation system can be realized by means of the communication between the above system and the DSP control units in the bottom layer. The article introduces the system structure, implementing functions and communication architecture, and also the software designing flow and method of the CAN communication are given.
