Abstract:The signal collector is the junction between the signals and the controller, the quality of the collected signals and the acquisition speed are closely involved with the control quality. However, there are various signals and complex environment in the natural world, and the demands of controller toward the signal are diverse from each other, so as to some technical difficulties exist in the acquisition of signal. In this paper, a multichannel signal acquisition system is designed based on the SCM C8051F020, in comparison with the traditional data acquisition unit, C8051F020 has the merits of higher integrated level, powerful logic achieving abilities, fast processing speed and well flexibility for design and so on, especially, it has more attractive advantages in the aspect of signal processing ability. In the software desigu of data processing, by taking Keil C51 SCM development system as the software platform and using C51 as the programming language and also adopting the top-down design philosophy.Through the software simulation, the most functions of the system design have achieved the requirements of the scheme, thereinto, the digital channels have been verified in the practical circuits.
