摘    要:本文基于自主研发的通用运动控制器平台,针对用户对三伺服自动包装机的特殊需求,设计并开发了自动包装机专用运动控制软件。进一步实现了其在现实生产中的应用,并进行了可靠性验证,使其达到用户的需求。采用UML1](统一建模语言)来对程序进行分层设计,使得程序的结构更加清晰,更加严谨,提高了程序的可读性和可维护性。

Abstract:In this paper, aiming at the user's special requirements for the automatic packaging machine equipped with three servo drives, the specialized motion control software has been designed and developed based on the independently developed general motion controller platform. And the application of the software in practical production has further been realized and its reliability has been verified to reach the user's demands. The hierarchical design of the program is achieved by using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to make the program structure clearer and more rigorous, thus the readability and maintainability of the program have been enhanced.
