| Abstract: | Based on the CNKI database, bibliometric methodology was applied to analyze relevant records related to plant polyphenols from 2001 through 2010, including journals, affiliations, authors, discipline distribution and research topics. The research focuses were also reviewed and analyzed, with the aim of providing a reference for future studies and utilization of plant polyphenols. |
