| 摘 要： | 针对剪切对焊机机构复杂，动作多，效率高，周期短的特点，从控制系统硬件和软件两方面进行了阐述，详细介绍了如何利用ＰＬＣ的优良特性简化其硬件结构，提高整个系统的可靠性和自动化程度，并给出了工艺流程，结构框图和程序流程图。
