基于Pro/E二次开发的支架落料冲孔模具设计

摘    要:讨论了应用三维造型软件Pro/E及其二次开发包Pro/TOOLKIT对冲压模具进行参数化设计的问题。着重研究了Pro/E与VC接口的实现方法和Pro/E二次开发的基本过程,最后以安装支架落料冲孔模为例介绍了冲压模具的设计过程。该系统的研制、开发缩短了模具的设计周期,极大地提高了设计人员‘的工作效率。

Abstract:Problems in using 3D modeling software Pro/E and its secondary development tool Pro/TOOLKIT to parametric design stamping die were discussed. This paper mainly studied the interface realization method between Pro/E and VC and basic process of secondary de- velopment based on Pro/E. Finally, stamping die design process focused on mounting bracket blanking and punching die was introduced. Research and develop this system can shortcut the die design cycle and greatly improve designers' work efficiency.
