摘    要:为了阻挡在冷却过程中钢板上表面形成的薄水层,每组气雾冷却装置前后都布置一排气封装置,限制水流由两侧流走,从而得到平直的板形。通过对体积流量、单个喷嘴的有效作用宽度等参数的研究,选择合理的数值阻挡水流,为实际装置的设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:In order to hold up the thin water film which formed by cooling process on the surface of the plate,a air-seal device is build up at the every row of air-spray device,which leads the thin water film to flow away from the edge of the plate and gets the flat plate.Some parameters such as volume flux,nozzle width,number of nozzle and single nozzle effective width on the plate are studied,which help to choose reasonable values and hold up the thin water film,provide theory basis for the design of devices.
