| 摘 要： | 质量是企业的生命,没有质量,企业就不能生存和发展.以质量求生存,以服务求发展,是现代企业经营管理的正确道路.质量管理是改善企业经营管理、降低成本、提高经济效益,增强企业竞争能力的重要途径,市场竞争的核心是科学技术的竞争、质量的竞争.总之,质量管理对于企业的生存和发展有着重要的作用.
