逆变AC TIG焊控制电路设计

摘    要:设计了一种新型双逆变IGBT ACTIG控制电路,它由一次逆变和二次逆变控制电路组成,外特性控制电路实现电流闭环控制功能,一次逆变控制电路适于半桥主电路驱动,二次控制电路实现电流频率和占空比调节,可满足不同焊接工艺要求.对控制电路的工作原理进行了详细分析.实验表明,该控制电路结构简单、参数调节方便,并具有多种控制功能.

Abstract:The paper presents a new kind of AC/DC square wave power source control circuit witch is composed of double inverter control circuits. External characteristic control circuit carries out the current close loop control function. First inverter control circuit is fit for the driver of half bridge main circuit. The frequency and pulse width ratio can be adjusted by the second inverter control circuit for the demand of different welding process. The control circuit principle is analysed in detail. The experiment results show that control circuit structure is simple. the parameters are all adjusted conveniently and independently. The stability of the structure is high. Double inverter power source can satisfy the welding process of the aluminium and aluminium alloy.
