| 摘 要： | 采用氨水的异丙醇溶液,在比较缓和的操作条件下,通过化学反应和抽提获得良好的效果。原料油酸值由5.46mgKOH/g降低至0.04mgKOH/g;回收宝贵的环烷酸,其纯度超过石油部部颁标准二级品纯度;试剂在过程中可以重复利用。

| Abstract: | A good separation result can be obtaind through chemical reaction and extraction of the petroleum acid under moderate operating conditions using a solution for iso-propyl alcohol of aqua ammonia. The acid number of the original oil can be decreased from 5.41 mgKOH/ g to 0.04 mg KOH/ g. The purity of this precious recoverd naphthenic acid has surpassed that of the standard of grade-2 product issued by the Ministry petroleum. The reagent is. reusable in the process repeatedly. |
