摘    要:叙述了从赤泥中稀土金属回收的意义以及我国赤泥中稀土元素的赋存状况.介绍了国内外从赤泥中回收稀土元素的工艺,并对其进行了评述.针对我国山西铝厂的赤泥中含钙和钠较高的特点,提出了先焙烧,再用盐酸浸出稀土,然后在浸出液中加碱,得到钪等稀土金属氧化物沉淀,最终分离的新工艺.该工艺能有效分离稀土,易实现工业化生产,废水处理量少,不产生新的污染,符合节能和环保的要求.但是目前还停留在实验室阶段,要实现工业化生产,其经济效益如何有待于进一步的实践证明.

Abstract:The significance of rare earth metals recovery from red mud and RE elements store general situation in red mud was narrated. The process of recovery of rare earth metals from red mud at home and abroad was reviewed. A new process of recovery of rare earth metals from red mud of Shanxi Aluminum Limited Company was introduced, in which red mud was roasted and rare earth meals leached by HCl, then adding soda in the soaking liquid, Sc and the like rare earth metal oxide were separated out from liquid. The advantages of the process are high yield, easy to realize industrial production, a small quantity of waste water treatment,second pollution-free. It a small quantity of waste waster tretment, second pollution-free, can meet requirement of environment protection and energy saving. Up to now the process remains at the stage in laboratory, it is necessary to put into practice and to proof economic benefits in order to realize industrial production.
