| Abstract: | From the analysis of the exterior factors of graduates employment pressure in vocational colleges, the paper expatiates the great significance of employment orientation in politics, system methods and competition, and explores the feasibility and necessity of setting up the system from the effect of employment orientation in all main aspects of talents cultivation. |
