摘    要:为了快速准确的评估发电机性能,保证发电机安全可靠,本文利用DAQ6062E数据采集卡及各种其他硬件在Lab Windows/CVI平台下设计了一个多通道、高精度数据采集系统。通过计算机将硬件和软件紧密结合起来,形成一套完整的虚拟仪器设备。能完成多个特性实验。实时显示必要的数据,画出特性曲线图。提高了生产效率,在生产实践中有推广价值。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the function of generator fast and accurately, guarantee the safety and credibility of it, this paper designed a multi-passage, high accuracy data acquisition system in Lab Windows/CVI environment by using the DAQ-6062 E data acquisition card and other hardware. The system established a set of complete virtual instrument equipments through integrating the hardware and software in a computer, and it could complete several experiments, display the data, draw the characteristic curve diagram. The design of the system not only can improve the production efficiency, but also have expansive value in practice.
