失效分析技术在开关电源质量鉴定中的应用

摘    要:开关电源是一种控制开关管开通和关断的时间比率,维持稳定输出电压的一种电源。其核心是一片能输出脉宽调制信号(PMW)的电源管理芯片。该文从电学分析角度和物性分析手段对电源电路板进行失效分析,分析发现元件U2以及三极管Q1电学功能正常,但U2及Q1内部芯片与塑封料界面有分层现象。

Abstract:Switching power supply is a power supply which can control switch turn-on and turn-off time ratio,maintaining the stability of the output voltage.Power management chip is It is the key component.In the paper,we conducted the failure analysis for PCBA of the supply with the means of electrical analysis and material analysis technology.The results shows that the Electrical function of component U2 and Q1 is normal.But De-lamination is found between die and EMC in the component.
