摘    要:介绍了采用液压驱动的新型铝棒自动卸料装置,该装置的夹持头由4个对称的双滑块机构组成,夹持部位的小型液压缸活塞微动与滑块位移相配合夹紧,可以同时夹持多根铝棒.该装置具有工作平稳、夹紧可靠、生产率高、适应广泛等优点.

Abstract:A new hydraulic drive automatic unload mechanism was designed. The clamp section consists of four mechanisms. This mechanism has two sliding docks and one rocker. The piston micro-displacement of small hydraulic cylinder cooperates with nut displacement to clamp aluminum sticks. Many aluminum sticks could be clamped together. The whole progress is controlled by computer program. This machine has many advantages like work smooth, damp credibility, high productivity, universality application and so on.
