| 摘 要： | 以板料成形非线性有限元分析软件eta/DYNAFORM为平台,对汽车后保险杠支架冲压成形进行了数值仿真.该模拟分析的计算结果表明,该零件的冲压工艺方案是合理可行的,对该产品的结构、工艺和模具设计起到了较好的指导作用.

| Abstract: | The numerical simulation of automobile back bumper bracket stamping based on the dynamic explicit non-linear finite element software eta/ DYNAFORM. The results of simulation show that the stamping processing program of the part is feasible and supply a good guidance for the design of the part's structure, processing and mold. |
