电液比例控制技术在液压自动张紧装置中的应用

摘    要:在对电液比例控制系统的构成及特点作了认真的分析与研究之后,针对带式输送机各种工况对输送带张力的要求不同这种情况,将电液比例控制技术应用到带式输送机的张紧装置中,以此来实现适时调节张力的大小,并提高输送机动态的工作性能。分别采用比例方向流量阀和比例溢流阀来实时控制输送带张力,并分别介绍了其工作原理。

Abstract:After carefully analyzing and researching to composition and features of the proportion electro-hydraulic control system,applied the electro-hydraulic proportional control technology to solve the required various tension in the belt conveyor installations,to achieve timely adjust the size of tension and to enhance the dynamic capability of the conveyor. The proportional direction valve and the proportional relief valve were adopted to timely control the belt tension and its working principles were introduced.
