以盐水溶液为成孔剂的聚砜中空纤维膜的制备及性能

摘    要:以盐水溶液为成孔剂,配制聚砜、二甲基乙酰胺/盐水溶液组成的铸膜液纺成中空纤维膜的超滤性能进行了测试与分析,并与常用的有机聚合物成孔剂--聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇等铸膜液体系以及所纺中空纤维超滤膜的性能进行了比较,由此得出,盐水溶液是聚砜铸膜液的优良成孔剂。

Abstract:By taking brine solution as the pore-forming agent, the rheological property of cast membrane solution, which consists of polysulfone and DMA/brine solution, is studied in this paper. The ultrafiltration property of the hollow fiber membrane there of prepared is tested and analysed also.In addition, a comparison of the membrane with those prepared by using an organic compound such as PVP or PEG as the pore-forming agent is made. The results show that the brine is an excellent pore-forming agent.
