摘    要:磁链观测是异步电动机控制中十分重要的环节,其性能直接影响控制系统性能的优劣.为了改善层叠式可编程低通滤波器(Programmable Cascaded Low-Pass Filter,PCLPF)的动态性能,提出一种新的校正补偿方法,即改进层叠式可编程低通滤波器,它通过先补偿后低通的方法大大改善了PCLPF的动态性能,尤其是低速时的动态性能.文章首先从理论上分析了改进层叠式可编程低通滤波器(MPCLPF)动态性能改善的原因,然后对基于该方法的异步电动机直接转矩控制系统进行仿真和实验研究,仿真结果和实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性以及补偿新方法的有效性.另外,针对MPCLPF起动性能差的问题,提出了一种新的起动方法,并通过仿真和实验对其有效性进行了验证.

Abstract:Flux estimation plays an important role in induction motor control system, which has directly influence on the performance of the system. In order to improve the dynamic performance of PCLPF, a novel method (modified PCLPF) is proposed, which improve the dynamic performance (especially the low speed performance) of PCLPF by exchanging the order of compensation and low-pass filter. The reason for performance improved is analyzed theoretically, while the validation and effectiveness of the new method are verified by simulations and experiments. On the other hand, a new method is studied to solve the start-up problem associated with MPCLPF.
