| 摘 要： | 分析现有轴承套圈自动车床用自动夹紧结构中回转液压缸产生的油泄漏、抱轴咬死、动平衡差引起的振动等问题,提出了用普通液压缸代替回转液压缸驱动的自动夹紧方案,并进行了结构设计.配备改进后自动夹紧装置的C1206套圈自动车床已投产使用,各项性能良好.

| Abstract: | The problems are analyzed caused by rotary cylinder in automatic fixture for present bearing rings automatic lathe,such as oil leaking,clasping the shaft fast and bad dynamic balance causing the vibration,etc.By using common hydraulic cylinder as a substitute of the rotary hydraulic cylinder for driving,an automatic fixture is put forward,and its structure is designed.The C1206 bearing rings automatic lathe equipped with this fixture is already put into production with good properties. |
