| 摘 要： | 建设工程招投标是工程建设管理体制改革的一项重要内容,是市场经济发展的必然产物。本文对建设工程评标中常用的方法 -合理低价评标法、综合评标法和双信评标法的基本概念、适用范围以及优缺点进行了阐述,结合建设工程实例进行了应用和分析。具有一定的工程实践意义。

| Abstract: | Bidding for Engineering projects plays a signifi-cant role in Engineering construction management system reform and it is the inevitable outcome with the development of market economy. In this paper, bidding methods-low and reasonable price bid-evaluation method, comprehensive bid-evaluation method and double-letter bid-evaluation method are introduced including their basic concepts, scope of application and advanta-ges ＆amp; disadvantages respectively. These bidding methods are further analyzed through a case study. |
