免反复透孔水平注浆技术研究及应用

摘    要:采用注浆法加固破碎岩体,先施工直孔段、造斜段、圆弧段及水平段钻孔,并在孔内下套管,分多次钻水平孔并注浆。现有水平钻孔注浆施工时,止浆塞一般位于孔斜20°以内的造斜段内,止浆塞下部无注浆管,导致每次注浆结束后,止浆塞下部管孔内充满水泥浆体,堵孔管路较长,透孔工程量巨大,耗费大量工时。为解决上述问题,在止浆塞下部继续加接注浆管,将注浆管延伸到水平注浆处。经过现场应用,成功解决了水平孔注浆需要反复透孔这一难题。

Abstract:Using grouting strengthening crushing rock body, the first step is the construction of the straight hole section, deflecting section, arc section and level drilling, then placement of the casing in the hole, multiple level drilling and grouting. Presently, in the construction of level drilling grouting, in general stop plug is located in 20° hole deviation in the deflecting section. The lower part of stop plug has no grouting pipe which result in full of cement paste in it, pipeline of blocked hole is longer, man time consuming is huge and huge amount of drilling after every grouting. In order to solve these problems, connect grouting pipe at the lower part of stop plug, extending grouting pipe to level grouting. By field applications, it solving the problem of level grouting technology with repeatedly drilling.
