| 摘 要： | 为了更好地控制胶粘剂中游离甲醛的检测过程,提高检测结果的准确率,对可能影响游离甲醛测定结果的因素进行分析,并对两种测试标准的检测结果进行对比。研究结果表明,蒸馏时间、比色后放置时间的长短对胶粘剂游离甲醛浓度的测定结果都有一定的影响,蒸馏时间控制在120min、比色后放置时间为40min时较适宜;样品放置天数对胶粘剂游离甲醛浓度的测定结果无直接影响;采用两种标准(GB18583-2001、GB/T14074-2006)对同一样品进行检测,其检测结果基本相当。
