人力资源职业能力综合分析与评价系统

摘    要:通过对企业的人力资源管理特点分析和研究,构建了人力资源管理中职员工作能力的综合分析系统平台,为解决企业对职员更加准确的分配工作岗位提供依据。整个系统采用了ASP.NET技术,并应用了MVC设计模式,使系统具有较好的可扩展性以及较高的可维护性。系统经过企业实践应用,为企业解决了人力资源管理中的实际问题。

Abstract:The paper rebuilds the comprehensive analysis and evaluation system of an employee's working ability in company's human resource management by the analysis and research on the human resources characteristics. This provides the basis for enterprises to give the staff more accurate assignments. The system uses ASP. NET technology and MVC design pattern, which can make the system having better scalability and higher maintainability. The system has been used in enterprises and solved the practical problems of human resource management.
