摘    要:介绍选择性催化还原法(SCR)烟气脱硝系统在3 033t/h锅炉上的应用情况,分析了SCR脱硝技术在运行中存在的问题;针对SCR脱硝系统降低NOx排放质量浓度和减少氨逃逸量和喷氨量,提出了一系列改造措施,取得了较好的效果,降低了NOx对环境的污染,保证了SCR脱硝系统安全稳定运行。

Abstract:An introduction is being presented to the application status of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) flue gas denitrification system in a 3 033 t/h boiler, together with an analysis on problems existing in the SCR denitrification process. To reduce the NOx emission, ammonia escape rate and ammonia injection rate, a series of retrofit measures were proposed and taken, after which good effects are obtained, such as reduced NOx emission, stabilized operation of the SCR denitrification system, etc.
